Probably golf's real gentleman and one that everybody looks up to and respects. A massive role model for all and a guy that deserves everything that he worked hard for. The book itself was slightly dissappointing though. It went through his many major victories which were interesting, but wanted to find out more about the 'real' Gary Player. Lovely pictures and a good read for any golf enthuist.

My favourite sports read over the last month or two. Player is always good - inspirational, direct, unselfconscious. We miss him from the tour, and from our screens. This is a must-read.
