Better reviews than the Karcher and better equipped for a cheaper price.
Used it to wash both cars the other day and it was great. A bit too good in some cases as the rotating attachment delaminated some old hub caps and removed part of the number plate lettering.
That said, easy to fit together and use. Great that it comes with the brush, detergent attachment and patio cleaner. Everything just clicks together. Have to say that while it got the car clean, there's no substitute for hot water (which you can use as a supply feed for this up to 40c).
The patio cleaner is OK. It cleaned the patio but the patio cleaning device - even though correctly attached - frequently detached under the force of the water. This was a bit annoying.
Overall, well worth the money. I got cheap car shampoo but invested in some Turtle Wax so will see if this helps.
