Well my one did ship okay but when I got round to unpacking it completely I realised one of the wheels was broken.
The box was not damaged so I guess it was broken during assembly or packing.
I emailed Nilfisk (over a month ago) asking for a new wheel that are a push fit into the base. Reply none :(
I have just sent a similar message and I will see if they respond this time.
Well the machine does work well and if you ever wondered (I did), Karcher high pressure accessories do not fit (but the suction hose to feed it from a water butt does).
The provided accessories and rotary deck cleaner work quite well for a sub £100.00 machine.
And if my one did not have a broken wheel I'm sure it would wheel around quite easy.
Compared with my old Karcher 620M it is very light and most of the tools store on the unit (except deck cleaner and soap bottle).
Like my Karcher, a standard Hozelock hose connector clips onto the units input connection, make sure water is on and flows through to the lance and then power up.
Again, like my Karcher it has an auto pressure switch to turn off the pump when you release the trigger.
The actual machine model is a C.110.3
EDIT: 20/04/12
After three lots of emails and three months to their support which seems to be done by another company I now have a replacement wheel for my machine.
Of course, now we have a hose pipe ban but you can use the machine with a Karcher Water butt hose
Karcher Suction Hose and Filter for Pressure Washers Just make sure you prime the hose as much as possible to avoid running the machine dry.
