Purchased this item after buying a Nilfisk pressure washer, works well, and quickly, on stone and concrete. I like the manufacturing quality compared to my last washer combo. This unit is well thought out, but could do with the jet water getting a bit closer to the outer edge when cleaning along wall edges, or other raised items. The uncleaned line it leaves needs to be cleaned up with the 'normal' jet lance. This negates a lot of its potential benefit, you are bound to get your feet wet [well I do !]. If pathway/patio cleaning could be undertaken with just this unit you could get away without. All this said, a very useful and worth while accessory.

I ordered this item with some trepidation, having read the other two reviews that are currently on Amazon. I'm not keen on wasting money buying things that don't work, but thought that I'd give it a try.
As ever, Amazon delivered the item quickly and I wasted no time in preparing it for use with my recently acquired Nilfisk C120.4-6 X-tra. I selected and fitted the nozzles to suit my pressure washer from the two pairs supplied and within a few minutes I was ready to go. In my opinion, the patio cleaner works very well. It is true that you cannot quite clean right up to a fence or posts that may border your patio, but cleaning the main area was a breeze.
The only other slight problem was that the lance, that comes in two parts on my pressure washer, didn't initially seem quite strong enough to control the patio cleaner. After a couple of minutes refining the technique, it was much easier. I would imagine that a long straight connector is available from Nilfisk, to take out the extra joins from the pieces that make up the lance, but given how often I am likely to use it, it is probably not worth the extra cost.
Given the slight drawbacks mentioned above, a well deserved four star performance!!

Bought a Nilfisk E140 machine and Patio+ cleaner came bundled with it. The E140 is good; not so the Patio cleaner (The Nilfisk replaced a Karcher machine and T-Racer 300 patio cleaner)
Found the Nilfisk's hover function controlled by adjusting pressure of the 2 water jets on its central dial. Sounds ok until you try to get the thing to stop acting like a flying car and hover properly by turning the pressure down! So then it doesn't clean as well because...you've had to turn the pressure down.
The Karcher uses a mixture of airflow for hover and water for cleaning and reduces pressure by raising the jets up mechanically on a dial. The Nilfisk uses water for both hover and cleaning hence its design defeats the purpose of using HIGH pressure to clean. The Nilfisk is also smaller, so covers less ground and takes longer to finish.
Gave up after 3 hours - found a Nilfisk to Karcher adaptor (called an AL-KA) on the interweb and went back to the T-Racer......Soooo much better - back to the drawing board Nilfisk.......

excellent item
I love this patio cleaner - it takes all the backwork out of powerhosing drives and paths - I spent 6 hours cleaning my dogpen and this cut the work down to an hour - brilliant!
