Tech Wash is a wash-in cleaner for waterproof clothing and equipment. Tech Wash safely revitalises breathability and water repellency. Tech Wash is a non-detergent soap that can be used regularly to clean clothing and equipment without damaging the Durable Water Repellent (DWR) coatings. Use Tech Wash instead of detergents or washing powder.

I tried a small bottle first to clean an old comfortable walking jacket and it worked so well that I bought another 5 litres. I now use it on a regular basis to clean and re proof all my walking, ski and motorcycle gear and I can't speak highly enough about the results. I read the features section for the product and was a little cynical at first, but the proof of the pudding as they say is in the eating. No excuse now for dirty kit, the product does what it says on the plastic container.

bought this for my son's waterproof school coat. Trusted brand did the job and loads left over as it is a big bottle. Great value. Easy to use in the machine instead of washing tablets. Doesn't leave a soap powder residue on fabric. Ideal for any colour of fabric.

Nikwax tech wash
Very easy to use in a washing machine. We haven't tried out the jackets yet to see how well it worked though. If the previous reviews are correct all should be OK.

Brilliant product
This product allows me to get my waterproofs clean again and proofed at the same time. You can buy this product in shops but only in little bottles which is no good to me. Read more

Nikwax Techwash
Great product for use on waterproof clothes, needs to be used with Nikwax TX.DIRECT Wash-In waterproofer 1 in 3 washes I believe. Much much better than using detergent.
