A bit hard to get excited over a strip of metal but it does the job and is much cheaper than anything of a similar quality.
I use it with my Canon 5D Mark II and 580ex II flash with a flash cable. One side of the bracket has a nice rubbery grip to hold it firmly to the camera and flash with some decent screw handles to tighten it.
The reason I have given it 4 stars rather than 5 is because I would personally prefer if it was slightly longer, it is nice to get the flash slightly further off the camera without having to hold it manually.

Given that it is a strip of metal with holes and fixings for the flash and camera it is a bit difficult to get too excited;however it does exactly what it is supposed to,and the off camera flash is definitely much better.
