5.0 out of 5 stars essential reading 1 Jun 2013
I systematically worked through the book getting to know the camera thoroughly. I have since had to go back and remember how to change some things, but very glad I bothered to do this. It is set out in a logical progression and easy to understand.

5.0 out of 5 stars A Good partner for the Camera 26 May 2013
Format:Paperback|Verified Purchase
Pleasantly surprised as it is a lot better than the D5000 version I bought a few years ago. It is a must if you want to get the most out of the camera, the new model is also better than my earlier D5000 but that is to be expected from Nikon. Together with my 17-55mm 2.8 Lens it takes some beating !!

Can't praise this too highly, especially if you are like me and new to DSLRs. I am delighted with my Nikon D5200 but this field guide has opened up a new dimension for me. It is clear, well illustrated and presented in a logical and progressive format.
Love it!

4.0 out of 5 stars A useful reference 6 April 2014
Format:Paperback|Verified Purchase
Even though it's not as good as the D3200 guide, this is a high quality and useful reference that was delivered in a timely manner.
Probably the best D5200 guide available.

I have found this to be a very helpful guide round the controls of my new camera. Much easier to grasp than the supplied instruction book.
