I brought this camera about seven months ago and i can tell you that it is the best camera I've owned so far. The Nikon coolpx s50c is small and very stylist anytime I'm seen with this camera people complement on the look and style of it. It is light but has a good weight and feel to it, and it feels good in your hands.
The picture quality on this camera is brilliant taking clear photo and there is good colour contrast in pictures. Depending on what setting you use, you can see the detailing in pictures e.g. shadows, background detail etc.
This camera also allows you to records moving imagines and sounds like a video recorder, the recording function is good for what it is but you have to remember that this is not a video recorder but a camera with an extra function thrown in.
Battery life is good you can take 100-150 pictures before the battery runs low.
I paid more for this camera but amazon has it on sale for Price: £168.99 that is a barging, this camera is amazing you will really cherish the moments you were able to freeze time and capture a special moment using a quality piece of technology.
