I gave the camera to my daughter as present so haven't got it here but don't think it has.
Well on outer packaging of box it says - register now to activate your free 2nd year guarantee by visiting www.nikon.co.uk/register. Inside packaging included a Nikon Europe Service Warranty paper which explains that equipment is guaranteed against any manufacturing defects for one full year from the date of original purchase. So yeah I guess it does have guarantee included.
You can do this in various ways: 1) transfer the photos to a folder on a PC/laptop using the supplied cable. Then use a WiFi transfer app, available from the App Store, on your iPad to get them across from the PC/laptop to the iPad via your WiFi. 2) you can install a Wi-Fi SDHC Memory Card into the S3500 to enable it to use your WiFi directly to an iPad again using a WiFi transfer app and your local WiFi. 3) transfer the photos to a folder on a PC/laptop using the supplied cable. Then email the images to yourself and read the email with your iPad and download them from the email onto your iPad. This wouldn't involve using WiFi. No 3) is the non-tech way to do it. Hope this helps!
