In the previous season of this suspenseful series featuring international action star Maggie Q, the charming and deadly Nikita waged a war against Division, the agency that created her. Michael--the man who trained her, a man she trusted--was hunting her. But Nikita had an ace up her sleeve: Alex, a girl she trained to infiltrate this secret unit of the government. At the end of season one, Nikita and Alex's relationship has been shattered, and Nikita and Michael's relationship has been restored. In season two, Nikita and Michael are on the run with a hard drive containing the government's darkest secrets and conspiracies. Together, they are going to right the wrongs that Division has committed over the years, one mission at a time. But leading the hunt for them this time is Alex ... and she knows all of Nikita's tricks.

got the first season didnt know what to expect but was pleasently surprised then got the second series, was annoyed that no blu ray uk release so had to order the amercian one from amazon.com more expensive but isnt region locked so plays on uk blu ray players as well. i really enjoyed this series, i gets better and better. the stories are more far fetched in places. but hey nikita isnt the wire or a documentary isnt meant to be realistic. a good series of changes throughout.
just as enjoyable as the first season. def worth getting if you don't then i suspect berkoff and Nikita will surely hunt you down (ok that sounded funnier when i thought it) :)

Season Two consists of 23 consistently entertaining episodes, its a Great series.
While some are stand-alone in nature, the serialized structure of this year's main story arcs really provide the show with renewed focus and purpose.
Season 2 is faster in pace and almost breathtaking in terms of plot.
Some of the characters' backstories have been revealed, unfortunately not Birkhoff's :-(
