Nothing against the product, but had a traumatising experience with Yodel delivery service. Customer service at their service centre was rude and I could hear her slagging me off as she failed to put me on hold. Delivery driver used the key pad at the wrong entrance and subsequently did not get an answer from me (as my entry phone did nit ring). He did not want to accept his mistake though he clearly said he rang from the right entrance (instead of the left). He was bordering on becoming threatening. Subsequent calls to the "service centre", I do use the terms loosely, first were not answered then they picked up the phone and put in on a desk or table and did not answer me.... Tried to write a complaint via Yodel's web site, but only 1500 words allowed, so my complaint would not go through.
Again, nothing against the product, great quality and got a free gigantic mug from Sports Direct. Will just have to make sure to avoid Yodel. Much prefer Royal Mail!
