Product Description

Product Description

Blackpool is enjoyed by many, but not by DI Christie, he thinks it is a nightmare, especially when a crime wave overwhelms the Police. A murder, the wounding of a policewoman, a car chase to Manchester and the shooting of a gorilla at the zoo all add to his problems, but are all these events linked? From the author of A TIME FOR JUSTICE.

Format:Paperback
More gritty violent crime in the oxymoronic world of East Lancashire Gangsters. Same basic cast as the excellent A Time for Justice and a story which makes a natural progression from that book. A good, pacy, absorbing read but there's not enough life left in Henry Christie and Co. to flesh out a third book. New characters needed.
