This is a really good book. It's got a new one in the series coming soon, has lots of twists and turns in the plot and ends in a cliff hanger. You will need to read the rest of the warrior cats books first though!
Definitly a worthwhile read.

A great new addition to the Omen of the Stars series, and a viewpoint from Shadowclan finally! A must for the warriors fans.

Format: Hardcover
This is the most tense and unputdownable book ever in the Warriors books. This book is narrated by five cats Lionblaze, Jayfeather, Dovepaw, Ivypaw and for the first time in Warriors history a Shadowclan cat Flametail. Jayfeather is told by Yellowfang that Thunderclan must forget all allies in other clans or be destroyed. The dark forest is rising and getting stronger by the minute and Ivypaw is determined to convine Dovepaw that the dark forest is training her for good reasons. Flametail is warned of a sucking blackness that will cause chaos in the clans.Jayfeather is told by Starclan that Riverclan, Shadowclan and Windclan will be destroyed and if Thunderclan does not forget all allies it will be destroyed too. MAJOR SPOILERS AHEAD. DONT READ ON IF YOU DONT WANT TO KNOW. Littlecloud is getting old and when Flametail dies who will be Shadowclans next medicine cat. Lionblaze is determined to keep Thunderclan safe but can anyone save the clans from the darkness?????? I am eagerly awaiting for Sign of the moon [the next book]. Well done Erins a brilliant book......

This book is really cool, Ivypaw and Dovepaw are best frenemies (mix between best friends and enemies. Ivypaw visits the Darkforest where Hawkfrost teaches her how to hunt and fight better then most of her clanmates. Dovepaw saves many lives when a tree falls down right on top of Thunderclan's camp!
