I have just finished this not to be put down book.
I would recommend this book to all Nora Roberts Fans.
If you have read the Death series she writes as J D Robb, you will pick up the similarities between this couple and the loveley Rourke and Dallas.
Get it now and have a great read especially if you are on holiday. In fact get the whole series they are great holiday reading.

This is the last in the Night Tales series (Night Moves is completely separate), and I read them all, luckily in the correct order. Nice easy reading, with humour amidst the love story, even if the love stories were pretty similar. I have only just 'got into' Ms Roberts, and have happily cleared a space on the bookshelf.
What I liked about this was the continuation of family and friends, but a story in its own right several years after our first introduction to Cilla and Boyd in Night Shift. Like the others, I read it in 2 days!

If you're a fan of good romantic fiction, Nora Roberts, or you've just enjoyed her Night Tales (Re-published this month) then this is the book for you.
Romantic suspense of the highest calibre. Well drawn, sensitive characters and a clever storline add up to nothing more than we'd expect from the redoubtable Ms. Roberts.If you like your romance with an edge, and heroes and heroines with human frailties this is the book for you. As with the other Night Tales this story involves those of us who work nights when the edges of reality get blurred.
It stands on it's own as a good read but is given an extra boost whenread in conjunction with the previous Night Tales.If it's edgy, romantic suspense in the Roberts tradition you're after look no further: it's here.

'Early' Roberts. A family saga, but each book separate in themselves. Foundations for the J.D.Robb series can be seen in the turreted mansion with a little supernatural for her witchcraft books, and 'wrap it all up' in 'Night Shield'.
For some reason I think of these as books to read by a fire in the winter, perhaps that is just me.
