My 6 year old daughter loved this and the other she's read so far in the series (of 4 I think).
Small novels that can be read in a night or two and great fun. She's not even a mad Pokemon fan but said this was 'Great!' and wants the rest now.

I think, as a mother,it is great to see kids reading.My son has got this book and several others and he reads for hours.They are very interesting. If I was a kid i would have to "catch em all"

Pokemon Chapter Books

I have not been able to find a series of chapter books for my second grade boy that would encourage and motivate him to read more advanced books. This series has motivated my son to read. I can't wait for #5.

THE BEST GHOST POKE'MON EVER

I think this book was funny because Haunter kept making stretchy faces in front of Kadabra and Sabrina turned Brock and Misty into baby dolls. I like when Gengar was balancing on the ball.
I didn't like the part where Haunter pulled out Ash and Pikachu's souls. I didn't like when Team Rocket got beat.
I really liked this book and the others in the chapter.

My son loved it!

My seven year old son bought this book at school, although I see it is for ages 9 to 12. By bedtime he had read the entire book to himself and at one point yelled "BE QUIET! I'M TRYING TO READ!" I've never seen him so absorbed in reading and I'm hoping this is just the beginning of a love affair with books. Two days later he read another book in the series. He said the story was really, really cool and told me all about it.
