I bought this scooter when it was just £14.98 in the sale on Amazon and have been really pleased with the product. My son has used it lots and loves the fact that it features his favourite characters. I'm not sure I would have paid full price for it however it is sturdy and well made and the enjoyment my son gets out of it is priceless.

I bought this for my son for his last birthday, it says from age 3 but it is really small so I would recommend this from age 2(ish) if your child is ready for a scooter, it was quickly outgrown so passed on to my younger, smaller niece.
It is fun, the lovely little detachable bag was a hit too. It is study and can withstand uneven pavements well. The footplate is big enough for two feet(just) for when you child gets tired.
Over all a fun, durable scooter, but i would say too small for the average 3 year old.
