I bought this book for my 1yr old & 2yr old as I wanted to start getting my girls into the Christmas joy. Every night I would read it to them just before bed & they both sat engrossed (this does not happen often).

What a lovely book. At first I was dissapointed, the pages seem dark and the animated pictures seem dark, but on a second examination I think its really nice and very clever. I wouldnt buy it for a very young child, but I can see this book giving pleasure for years and years.
