Nick Graham

Nick has many years experience of project management. With the PRINCE2® project management method, his experience goes back to before it was called PRINCE. He is also joint author of the new, delivery focused, PRIME project management method launched in early 2011.

Projects are about being practical so there is little room in his books for 'project theory'. Rather you will find things that really help you get the job done and to deliver your projects successfully.

Nick is a director of his own small and specialised project training and consultancy company and is available to deliver training courses in project management throughout the UK and world wide (info@inspirandum.com). Those attending his courses have described his style as energetic, lively, fun, very practical and very informative.

As well as being an experienced Project Manager, Nick is also holds two UK teaching qualifications which helps him communicate particularly clearly. He is a member of the Association for Project Management (MAPM) and also of the Institute of Directors (MIoD).
