Nick has many years experience of general management and project management but seems to be none the worse for it. He has written four books on project managment in the John Wiley 'for Dummies' series as well as the 'Career Booster' guides for managers which you will find in the Kindle store. However, Nick spends most of his time delivering training and is available to run 'in-company' training and workshops in the private, public and charity sectors. Like the books, these events are focused on down-to-earth practicality - things that really help get the job done. Those attending his courses have described his style as energetic, lively, fun, very practical and very informative.

As well as being an experienced manager and project manager, Nick is also holds two UK teaching qualifications which helps him communicate particularly clearly both in books and on training courses. He is a member of the Institute of Directors (MIoD) and the Association for Project Management (MAPM). He now lives in North Hampshire in the UK with his wife Kath who also works in the company. She used to be a primary school teacher and thought that projects were things you did in school about dinosaurs and the Romans :) She is up to speed with the business project world now and turned out to be particularly good at the product based planning technique which is taught on our project management courses.
