Nick Snelling is married with two children and lives permanently in Spain within the Valencian mountains above Gandia. In the UK he studied law before running a construction company based in central London. In Spain, he has worked within the real estate industry as well as undertaking investigative journalism. He has written three books about Spain:
'Taking the Heat' - a book described as a 'side-splitting account of life in Spain' (www.thexpat.com).
'How to Sell your Spanish property in a Crisis' - as the title suggests, this is a specific guide for those people trying to sell their properties but caught up within the Spanish property crash. This has been reviewed as 'brilliant' (Eye on Spain) and 'I recommend the first expenditure you make when selling your property in Spain is the 15 quid to buy the book...' www.kyero.com.
'How to Move Safely to Spain' - available as an e-book (only 12.75!) from www.movetospain-safely.com. This book is the ultimate guide to moving to Spain (84,500 words, 26 sections, 9 professional contributors). Reviewed as '...everything you need to know...'(Europe Talk Radio)and '...excellent...' (Costa Blanca News) and '...invaluable...' Round Town News.
A keen sportsman, Nick spends most weekends rock climbing.
