I was a 20 a day smoker for 30 years and used to have three cigarettes before leaving for work each morning. I decided to give these patches a try and it is the best thing I ever did.
You do have to have willpower as well, but the cravings do wear off after a few days. For the first couple of weeks I did really well, and it was only due to a stressful episode that I craved one, but never gave in.
I have not smoked now for 6 months and feel really good.
I would recommend these to anyone. One little tip....put the very first patch you use on before you go to bed, and the craving won't be bad when you wake up, so you will be much more likely to continue with it.

Regular use of these patches offers the best chance of quitting cigarettes for those of us with insufficient will-power to do it cold turkey. Buying on-line offers app. 30% reduction over retail outlets.

These are the best(strongest) of the patches. I use them by starting with a full patch for a few weeks, then cutting them in half for 2 more weeks and then (weekly) cutting those in half. This method is much better than the sudden drops proscribed by buying different sized patches, is much cheaper and when you get to the really small sizes it makes withdrawal much easier. The last weeks are the worst so keep gently snipping at the patches into smaller and smaller pieces right up until the day you don't use them. Don't be in a hurry to get off them. Do it VERY gently and you will succeed.

I CANT THINK OF TWENTY WORDS TO DESCRIBE THAT THE PATCHES WERE SIX MONTHS OUT OF DATE BUT I THINK I HAVE MADE IT.
