These work very well for me. I started on level 2 as I only smoked 5 - 10 a day. After 5 days I haven't smoked at all. However, wearing them at night causes very vivid and dramatic dreams!!

These are an amazing help in quitting,you do end up having very odd dreams but thats with any patch, But before you buy these conceder talking to the NHS, as you might be able to get them for free!

Great product - removed my cravings almost instantly , used them for 4 weeks and not one of them fell off ( unlike the other unfortunate reviewer with the skin problem )mine stuck fast even through showers - were still very sticky 24 hours later when I had to peel them off , like elastoplasts.
