This is a real update. There are significant changes to several chapters in this edition and a very good discussion on the process of elimination. Must have text if you're going to investigate fires effectively.

1.0 out of 5 stars Necessary evil 14 Mar 2012
By FireGuyDave - Published on Amazon.com
Many changes to this book, however I feel NFPA is going to far. They have taken this from a guide to a standard with this issue. One example is the Negative Corpus. NFPA is not the only one to blame for making 921 a standard, the courts are recognizing 921 more and more as a standard, so in today's fire investigation, until another competitive guide is developed, this book is a necessary evil.
