The brand new Nextbase Click 7 Duo Deluxe is a revolution in portable entertainment. There are three key differences between the Nextbase Click 7 Duo Deluxe compared to other products on the market.
This is the key difference between this unit and any other non Click and Go system. Up to now virtually all aftermarket portable DVD players have come with basic headrest mounting systems. In the event of a crash these are generally unsafe as the DVD player can easily come loose and cause injury.
The new Nextbase Click and Go headrest mount is different. It has been designed from day one to be crash test safe with special metal inserts in the players and a neat Click and Go locking system. This has enabled the Click and Go series to PASS European crash test standards to keep your family safer.
The Click and Go system is Convenient
Standard DVD players require mounting onto the car headrest with the power cable being plugged into the side. This is often time consuming, difficult and a little untidy especially with small children.
With the Click 7 Duo Deluxe the players simply slide onto the mount, clicks in place and the DVD starts automatically.
The special power cable from the cigarette lighter goes directly into both of the Click and Go headrest mounts providing a much neater solution as the cable can be plugged in once, and then left in place.
The Click 7 Duo Deluxe DVD player is compact, yet full of features
The screen utilises the new LED backlight technology, using Light Emitting Diodes to generate far greater contrast and brightness ratios providing a crystal clear high resolution image. This technology also helps to keep power consumption to a minimum.
The DVD player is fully Multi-region so you can enjoy films purchased in any country. It supports a huge range formats including DVD, DVD±R/RW, CD, CD-R/RW as well as Video: MPEG-1, MPEG-2 (DVD); Audio: CD, MP3; Photo: JPEG. With this wide range of format support it means you can use this portable player not only as your movie player but also as your music player with support for audio CDs and MP3s. Inbuilt anti-skip circuitry in essential for any portable DVD player, and this ensures that the playback is smooth, even over rough terrain.The 7” screen on the Nextbase Click 7 Duo Deluxe has an extra wide viewing angle. This feature is perfect for sharing a movie together with a friend, at home or in the car.There are also USB and SD ports on the side of the DVD player which allow you to watch movies, (full DivX support) view photos and listen to music directly from a memory stick or SD card.
All of the Nextbase Click and Go systems have inbuilt Infra Red transmitters, to allow the use of the optional wireless headphones. An optional compact Li-Polymer battery which provides 2.5 hours of playback is also available for useon a plane or train.

We wanted to make longer journeys a little more fun, so read all the reviews about in car DVDs, even checked out the manufacturers own system.
However, hands down the nextbase deluxe system was the best...., and we haven't been disappointed!
We also invested in the click and go head rest system (again a little expensive...but really worth the money)and the wireless head sets. (the kids love these.....)
Positives:
Easy to start, load and operate, very few wires, and great bag to keep everything safe, the few extra £££ for the deluxe is well worth it as we are able to entertain all the boys, 2yrs, 7yrs & 11yrs, two screens run on different channels on the head sets, so they can switch films if they want to.
Negatives
A little expensive, but worth it! remote controls operate both screens, so the kids can turn each others off!
Shame the batteries didn't come included...(DVD batteries i.e. camping), the ear pieces that come included are really poor!
However, hands down the nextbase deluxe system was the best...., and we haven't been disappointed!

Our previous experience of in-car DVD players was a dual 10 inch screen, main unit with DVD and a slave monitor. The picture quality was not good, the monitors kept sliding all over the place and the car was a sea of tangled cables. It also took a good 15 minutes to set up each time.
The nextbase deluxe unit is considerably better and has a superior build quality. We don't have the "stanchion mount", but to be honest, I don't think that's required - the supplied anchor point to the headrests can remain there all the time and is inobtrusive. To set up the players takes less than 1 minute - click each DVD unit into the anchor unit, attach the *single* cable (which comes with a handy magnet to keep it even more neat and tidy) and it's ready to go.
The twin remote controls are easy to operate (each one can operate either unit). The units also come with an integral stand so the players can be removed and set up as a standalone DVD player (with the supplied power cord).
The IR headphones are a good buy. The nextbase ones are quite expensive, but much cheaper ones are available widely.
We have kids aged 2, 7 and 9 - with the deluxe version the youngest can watch Thomas the Tank Engine and the older ones something they like. Alternatively, they all enjoy watching some cartoons together.
It all comes in a handy zip bag.

Excellent bit of kit. Seems well screwed together and is easy to use. Had to call technical support to work our how to play one DVD through both monitors and they answered immediately and were very helpful. The kids are thrilled...
