New Whirl Odor is a quality piece of work. Public Enemy an album orientated group, are walking lonely new turf with others from the golden era retiring from their art.
Who is to say how members of a rap group should sound at the age of 45-46 these men mature the same way the rest of us do, we all mellow in our musical taste. The sad thing is the media continually compare them to Nation of Millions... because they want an angry Chuck D but there is nothing more sad than a mature artist still trying to compete with there heyday, Ozzy Ozbourne, The Cure, New Order etc etc.
The concept for this album illustrates a confused understanding of current political climate, and the lack of answers being given to us, 911, terrorism, Bush-Blair, man made diseases etc etc, Public Enemy illustrate this brilliantly....
If this is not the case and Chuck D is speaking from his heart and soul.....please get angry at our world for finally getting to C. Ridenhour the human being, not the man Chuck D that opened the minds of millions.
