I bought this book about 4 weeks ago on the recommendation of amazon,
I have been juicing for about 10 years and it is probably the best book on juicing I have purchased in that time, it has great content and explains the vitamin contents of most fruits and vegetables and what medical conditions they would be good for. I use it every day. I would also highly recommed another book by the same author called Miracle Soups for anyone who is interested in homemade soups it is an excellent book and a good way of getting your quota of fruit and vegs daily

i bought this book to try and cure my partners acne,hes suffered for years,after three weeks they have completly gone,we now use the recipes for every little ailment,it has juices for everything including losing weight and detox,i had never juiced before and found it very informative, we have at least two juices a day they are great.

Brilliant book (saying that, the some of the coloured pages make the writing difficult to see) Please don't let that put you off; I it was intended for the illustrator. It might possibly be the simplest, shortest to the point fruit & vegetable juice recipe book ever written. It tells you the vitamins & health benefits each recipe is good for and sometimes includes benefits for specific health conditions but does not go into unnecessary lenghty writing. Takes seconds to look up the index, find & read the recipes & minutes to make the juices. Everything above is the same for The Juice Master, keeping it simple by Jason Vale. I use both & juice 1-3 times daily. I have no time to read lenghty books. (I use a Champion 2000 Masticating Juicer, it takes every bit of liquid out of the fruit & vegetables) Hope this helps

Does the job!
