I can't believe this book edition is 25 years old. It is a must read for anybody who has ever been stressed in their lives. It is full of wisdom, so practical, and is great news for anybody who wants to make changes in their lives. By changing ones diet, one can feel good all the time, feel calm most of the time, and deal with life events with a calmer disposition - all this just because you make minor changes to your diet! - wonderful stuff, and it works. This writer is a genious, and it was written 25 years ago, where are the Gps in all of this?
