Format: Paperback
I read this book whilst studying for my disseration in geography. McNeil raises many unique and fascinating points whilst citing a multitude of relevant and interesting other authors. I used the bok for a cultutral studies based dissertation and used it as one of my key references. It is easy to read and has a nice fluent stlye. I fully reccomend it to any person wanting an interesting and fresh look at the way we 'imagine' (create in our heads through various forms of semiolgy) the space we call Europe.
