Ordered this book and another one a week ago on a Thursday, the other one had turned up by Saturday. This book still hasn't even been dispatched yet, I have e-mailed the seller twice, firstly saying that I needed it for my coursework, to no reply and then two days after the estimated dispatch date, another one to requesting could he send it asap to still no reply!!! Not a good seller considering he has only just launched!!! Ive had to reorder a new text book and go through the process of getting a refund! Wasn't allowed to give this no stars.
