I bought this book for my daughter when she first started year 9 to help her with her GCSE's in advance. She has said that it helped her in some aspect as it gave her a broader knowledge about specific topics. The topics were well explained and has helped her understand each topics thoroughly, however she commented and said that it wad very wordy and because the answers to each of the questions in the book were not included she found it quite difficult to challenge herself. The layout of the book was very good. There were a lot of diagrams which is very useful to visual learners.
