My opinion about my bookThis diet is extremely effective in helping users lose weight. One can expect to lose nearly 20 pounds after just one week on the diet. Most of this eight is water, however some weight loss truly is because of the loss of fat. One can expect a permanent weight loss of about 5 pounds. This diet is not for people who are pregnant, out of shape, over 20 pounds overweight, or who have any medical condition. Enjoy the book!
