First golf course I played showed an error on hole 11. Watch told me hole was 360 yards when it was only 150 yard Par 3.
Contacted Bushnell who gave me a long winded procedure to follow. I had a problem completing the task as screen was advising I had to connect the USB cable to complete the download with the correction. The Watch screen advised I WAS connected and I again contacted Bushnell to explain what happened. Advisor told me to clean connections and pins on other end of USB cable as I was obviously not getting a connection. Problem with this product is USB cable has a 4 pin crocodile clip.( YES I KNOW..crocodile clip )on the other end which connects to the watch. According to Bushnell advisor this can be connected by only 2 of the pins making contact and the watch will show you are connected and will accept a charge, BUT this does not mean all 4 pins are located. Surely in this day and age they should be able to provide a smaller USB connection to the device instead of a crocodile clip.I cannot complete the upgrade of new information as Bushnell screen is continuing to advise I need to make connection and install USB cable, even when I have done so. Because of the design of the watch and this 4 pin crocodile clip you cannot see if all 4 pins are located. You cannot go on what the watch screen is telling you that it is connected as it only needs 2 of the 4 pins to be located. You cannot physically see if the pins are located. I found this crocodile clip to be a very antiquated method of gaining a connection to the actual watch. In effect it has made me want to return goods to seller.I bought this so I would not have to bother with downloading courses. First one I play has a problem and I cannot resolve it. Waste of time and money.
