Firstly, I have never really enjoyed M&B books, but I received this one as a 'taster' in my first selection of books. I was hooked from page one!

This is a thoroughly enjoyable feel-good book with bundles of laugh-out-loud scenarious, from the deliciously funny Marilee's bodged suicide attempt right through to her fight for the return of her self-esteem and getting her life back on track.

A great summer read.

Being an Evanovich fan I have naturally read the the 'Full.....' series aswell so could not resist trying a Charlotte Hughes book in her own right. I was not disappointed! It is well written, situated and funny! Buy this and I promise you will not be able to put it down!! InfamyInfamy

a little too heavy handed with the southern stereotypes, took away from the story a little as i got fed up with some of the plotlines. some of the subplots were a bit overexagerrated but then i dont live in a small town in north carolina.

some subtle humour which charlotte brings to her writing with janet evanovich.
