This is pure poetry in motion. The communication and relationship this man has with his horses is phenomenal. I have watched this dvd over and over and still can't get enough. This is what every horseman and woman aspires to and then somehow loses their way, seduced by the cups and ribbons and put off by those who say it cannot be done. Well it can and this is the proof. It is the relationship we have all dreamed of and clearly it is possible. If you only buy one horse training dvd this year, make it this one, you will not be disappointed!

I was really bowled over by what I believed to be the nevzorov philosophy until I then read the rules that NHE school members are supposed to follow which involve keeping horses away from each other to avoid them becoming "stupid and savage" since they, according to Nevzorov can learn nothing good from their own kind (go figure!), and that they must be under human supervision 24/7 and can't be kept in a space big enough that they might be able to raise a trot, now the ease with which he incites his horses to take to the air becomes clear - psychological manipulation through isolation and inability to move freely. So ok he has a warped idea of horse human relationships, but the NHE message, no sport no horse abuse is a good one it is just sad that nevzorov manipulates horses for his own ends too but he somehow thinks that his "ends" are more acceptable than abuse of equestrian sport. Of course neither are acceptable. however when all the smoke and mirrors are seen through I hope the video causes many people to re-examine their relationship with the horse and even surpass the work of the russian charlatan.
