5.0 out of 5 stars an unflinchingly honest, painful book, 4 Nov 1997
By A Customer
This is a book for those who have a deep awareness of the pain of sexual abuse as well as a strong belief in the value of creative therapies, including writing. Each woman's story is painfully honest and amazingly brave. This is a particularly good book for counselors to have on hand.

4.0 out of 5 stars Good to know I'm not alone, 4 Jul 2008
I found this book very comforting, in that it helped me realise I am not alone in dealing with this stuff. This book shows that there are varying degrees of abuse, and what may be classed as 'minor' can still have a major impact on the victim.

Well written, very moving. Worth buying!
