THE DRUMMER THE STONES COULDN'T AFFORD!,

First, the tracks:
1. All Over Now 2. Mystery Train 3. Born In The Country 4. Midnight Special 5. Mississippi 6. Iko,Iko 7. Country Line Special 8. Chicago Calling 9. Never Stop Rockin' Secondly, the personnel: the album features Long John Baldry, Ron Wood, Art Wood and Matthew Fisher to name a few guests. This is a fun album with a live, raw feel. The music is a mix of good old rock 'n' roll with a splash of blues and rhythm 'n' blues. The musicianship is faultless and the collection of songs terrific - but as the previous reviewer commented, it could have done with being a little longer. Nevertheless, recommended.

great cd from long time savages drummer, rock and roll raw and at its best. great selection of songs including many old classics given some new carlo little treatment. great selection of guest artists to compliment a good cd. only dissapointing aspect is cd is short in playing time.

Great traditional music,

I love this recording. Great songs sang by great singers. This collection of songs includes some really great ones! My only wish is that the lyrics were written using the standard Lakota spelling as it is used in the New Lakota Dictionary.
