Loved this book. Great recipes for everyday cooking. For most of the recipes, you would have all of the ingredients in your cupboard. I have tried quite a few of the recipes now - the Vietnamese beef noodles were a big hit and so easy to make! Not a book for the fancy, impress your friends type recipes but a good one to reach for when you just get fed up cooking the same meals for the family and would like to shake things up a little.
