After dining several times in McNeans Bistro in Blacklion (Neven's restaurant) I was delighted to hear that he had brought out a recipe book.
We have tried out most of the recipes now and on average they get 9/10. The dishes are simple to make and wholesome. The range of dishes within the book is great - from full on sunday lunches to quick evening snacks. There is a good choice of vegetarian options too. My mother is over the moon with the shortcrust pastry recipie and I would have to agree.
This is a small book but every one of the recipes are tastey little treasures.
