This is neither "complete" or anything close to a "guide" when it comes to improving brain function. I'm not sure how the other two lunatics who reviewed this book thought it deserved 5 stars. This book contains nothing new and makes sweeping generalisations which aren't backed up with any hard facts or references. A quick search on Google will give you information which is far more relevant, factual and useful if you want to start improving the way you use your brain. Given the choice of recommending this book or slamming my cock in a door, I'd choose the latter.

This book is a good guide to improve the function of your brain. There is so much to learn about the human brain and this book is a good introduction. It explains what Neuroplasticity is, how the brain works and how meditation can effect the brain in postive ways. Interesting read!
