I brought this book to find out what NLP was all about. Its all a little "fluffy" for me personally. Elements covered by NLP are common amongst other management/personal development ideas ( Stephen Covey, 7 habits of higly effective people). I will probably go back to it at some stage. It would be helpful if you know someone with NLP experience or who is a practitioner, they will be able to help you along the journey. Well written, in the easy Dummies format. Some good anecdotes.

Very heavy reading and very confused. In addition a heavy book, had to leave at the entrance to Ryanair flight because my luggage was over 10kg, but never regretted because got a much better book - Introdusing NLP by Joseph O'Connor which is best for new starters and there are later editions and issues for advanced readers.
