5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent resource for anyone looking to improve their networking skills 2 May 2011
By J. Troulis - Published on
As an author, I have found networking to be an essential part of book promotion. I love this book because it clearly outlines everything I needed to know to be more comfortable with and successful at networking. I especially liked the section on techniques to be an effective networker and the chapter on networking etiquette.

I feel that this book is perfect for both the person who is new to networking as well as someone who has been doing it for years but wants to improve their skills.

I am happy to say that by reading this book I feel more confident, prepared and excited about future networking opportunities.

I'm a recent graduate and an intern at a company. As an intern I was asked to help plan a networking event here at the company between the Interns and the Managers. The event was a hit and information from this book has proved invaluable. It is easy to understand and has real useful information which can be used every day. Now I've been working on sending follow-up e-mails to my fellow interns containing some of the tips/trick from this book. I also think this book is great for a person at any age, not just a student or recent graduate, and could help anyone start or further their career.

Best of luck to everyone and happy networking!
