Product Description

Following directly on from Netherhall Gardens, the plot thickens as the story extends to Brighton and Amsterdam.

For Mark, the handsome young trainee accountant with a lust for adventure, greater thrills and a natural ability to attract trouble, life will never be the same again. Now sexually liberated and with a host of friends and playmates vying for his attention and affections, Mark has a tough choice to make. But then someone new enters his life, determined to steal his heart, mind and body - by force if necessary.

Stella has broken off all ties to her philandering bisexual boyfriend Hugh. With her life in tatters, she finds comfort from unexpected sources when her mother reveals the true extent of her lottery win and she invites a surprising young man into her bed.

Boisterous Laura also finds help from an unexpected source when her family’s covert past is revealed. But leather-loving cop Steve must be called to save her from her own blundering mistakes. Steve though, still smitten with Mark, must swallow his pride and make friends with his arch-rival Hugh if he is to have further contact with the man he lusts after.

And finally discover who really owns Netherhall and why all of its residents receive identical letters from the same source on the same day.

Netherhall Gardens & Beyond is a sexy, dark romp that includes all of your old favourite characters from Book One, plus a fiery mix of new ones, building to another thrilling climax. But, will anyone be on hand this time to save Mark as events spiral out of control…?

After the fast paced Netherhall Gardens and the adventures of Mark comes the sequel which follows Mark and the drama he tends to attract like a danger magnet. Highly sexually charged and with an ending that will leave you begging for more, this is a worthy follow up to the highly rated original.

This sequel picks up where Netherhall Gardens left off. It is fascinating to track Mark's adventures and exploits as he continues to expolore his sexuality and navigates his way through a series of dangerous encounters. You will find that you develop a real warmth and affinity with the characters in the Netherhall Gardens and beyond. The unanswered quesitons about how much Stella's mother really did win in the lottery and how Steve and Hugh's relationship develops with Mark is just great. The description of the sex scenes are brilliantly written. If leather didn't intrigue you before you read this, it will now! I hope that Carl will deliver book number three shortly. The conclusion of this book really does leave you wanting more. A brilliant read.

A Successful Sequel 21 May 2012
By Roger M. Olien - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Kindle Edition|Amazon Verified Purchase
If anything, the sequel is even better than the fine first volume in the series. The author develops the original characters a bit more, introduces some interesting new players, and weaves them, their relationships, and challenges smoothly. As with Netherhall Gardens, there are welcome signs that the author plans to write a sequel to this volume as well. I'm waiting!
4 Stars The Pink Paper 28 July 2010
By Carl Patrick - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Kindle Edition
Doing exactly what it says on the cover, Carl Patrick's follow-up to his delicious debut, Neatherhall Gardens, his second book takes us on further adventures with the residents of the eponymous North London mansion block.

Most of the book, which picks up literally the morning after the previous one finishes, focuses again on the hunky but inexperienced Mark, although how one man copes with the events thrown at him in the space of two weeks, let alone the amount of sex he seems to get, is anyone's guess.

There's plenty of romping as Mark moves from couple to threesome to SM orgy, while somehow managing to maintain his alter-ego daytime job as an accountant. Meanwhile his neighbours and friends are dealing with millionaire mothers, caustic cats and murderous exes, although they all seem to find time to compare crises over copious tea and cake, when they're not having wild sex of any and all varieties.

Still the closest thing anyone has come to a British Tales of the City, this is another fun and sexy read from Carl Patrick.
