I bought this router specifically for RADIUS authentication as mentioned on the datasheet provided on the NETGEAR website. Once arrived I was in for nasty surprise that no such feature exists. A quick search revealed posts like this [...] saying they were all mislead. I am waiting for an official response from NETGEAR on this. It appears that at somepoint they updated the firmware to version 2.0.1 and REMOVED RADIUS without updating the manual or the datasheet. Now I have to waste time dealing with this issue.

A professional build standard and quality with full flexibility - good value product.
The AP is provided with a comprehensive range of programmable options that may present difficulties for the less experienced, as knowledge of IP address control, 802.11 standards, security and WiFi terminology is required. Use with older PCs using 802.11b will require resets to many parameters and the Wizard WPS setup will not be available, needing manual keying of access codes for example. It took about an hour to set up but works faultlessly within a fairly restricted coverage within the home (wireless-n promises better range - not yet assessed).
Overall an excellent keenly priced product well worth the effort to set up.
