I love the style, and the coffee, but the capsules are a bit of a con. They don't sell them in the shops, so you have order them from Nespresso, which means that they have a monopoly on them. And you have to pay a delivery charge, hence why I'm giving it only 4 stars. They don't tell you this when you buy it! I'm not knocking the machine - it's fabulous. It's great-looking, easy to use and clean, and it makes a perfect latte every time - nicer than my favourite caff.

Received the Nespresso CitiZ yesterday and it is an excellent piece of kit. Had a problem with milk failing to get to high enough temperature but connected the mixer blades and all was well. Seems there is a rather clever temperature control device which prevents the milk from coagulating or burning.

After much research we decided upon this model and have not been disappointed, fantastic HOT HOT coffee and its delicious!
The milk heater is great and froths well!
I no longer pay £3 for a coffee and feel its almost paid for itself.
the only negative is the fact Nespresso had a monopoly on the coffee its self... so i say buy in bulk to avoid repeat delivery charges.
coffee is a luxury and to have a fabulous one at any time of day or night is truly a blessing and worth every penny!
