Literally a 'long coffee', Caffé Lungo is a 'stretched' espresso. Instead of making a shot, enough hot water to fill a regular coffee cup is passed through the roast and ground coffee. The result is a rich and smooth coffee that you can take your time over.

Lungo is my favourite (or at least the coffee I drink the most) out of the whole Dolce Gusto range. This particular coffee is sold by Amazon at a competitive price to the supermarkets, especially because I subscribe to Amazon Prime membership and therefore get next-day delivery for free. Without "Prime", I think the postal charges would make for a less regular purchase however.
So, summing up - really great coffee at a reasonable price. It's just great that I can nearly run out of coffee with the knowledge that Amazon can re-stock my larder within 24 hours!

Love the coffee but this 3 box pack (16x3) is dearer than buying it in Sainsbury or tesco -- buyer beware!
