Ok,so a few acts are doubled up on the compilation and maybe more different acts could've been represented,but we are looking at EMI's "post punk "acts.I have a lot of the acts on this compilation,so i was swayed by the gems into buying it;Manicured Noise and Modern Eon.
Both Manicured Noise and Scars have recently had their output released on cd,which i heartedly recommend;what about releasing "Fiction Tales "by Modern Eon, guys!!Proper reissues of Skids/Buzzcocks too !
The tracks maybe a little obvious to many,but it is the joy and diversity of the tracks which i like ,hell these bands have influenced a lot of bands of the last few years.It's a good priced compilation for anyone who wishes to dip into the post punk world .
