But wearing it on one foot and not the other I can notice such a difference. I'm using it in a heeled boot and although it's bulky the support is fab no pain in my ball of foot or ankle!! Just ordered a second one!! :)

I gave it four stars as I like the design of it and it is supports my arches well. However, I was quite disappointed that it didn't come in a pair as I am now having to buy another one and think the pack should include two for the price that I am paying.

I got this to support a fallen arch which it does well. I find that it does tend to slip down my foot and I have to keep refastening it. I do have insoles which a podiatrist prescribed which I have to move between shoes so got his to let me change shoes quickly and easily without worrying about the support change. I can also pad about barefoot with the support which I couldn't with the insoles. Overall a good buy.

it has helped with the pain, but is in my opinion not suitable for wearing with shoes. flip flops and slippers are ok.

For my flat condition at least, these work and are comfortable. Importantly, they boost the arch without adding a shoe size - the problem of many inners i have tried.

Reservations - £6.95 each may be steep, but after receiving the first pair, I was impressed enough to order 2 more pairs. Therein lies an issue. Obviously, anything worn between foot and sock will need regular washing so 1 pair will not be enough.

Put the originals into a normal wash with other clothes. The seam holding the gel bags in came away on one so I had to glue it back when dry. There are no washing instructions, indeed, no notes at all, so either one was defective or it has to be treated like a woollen. Because of that, 4 stars not 5

Product came very quickly, but after just 2 days of wearing it (only a few hours each day, the material covering the gel pad is coming off and so the gel pad falls out. Poor quality. Got to buy something else now that will last longer!!

Like others, I was sceptical if these would work, but had heard from others arch support greatly helps plantar fasciitis.

I choose these as I teach Karate/Kickboxing which means being barefooted for long periods of time, also made worse by the impact from training with no foot support. This type of foot support allowed me to be barefoot leaving the heel & ball of the foot exposed enabling kicks etc to be thrown exactly as normal. Obviously during hard use sparring etc the support requires some readjustment to keep it in the correct position.

Just wearing these around the house on the day of delivery made a big difference when I trained that evening. Over the next few days I wore them as much as possible and can say the results were amazing!!!

Overall I would highly recommend these for martial artists with plantar fasciitis problem.

I have flat feet, so i need some support for the arches. This product certainly gives the support. So I have bought 2 for me and 1 for my mum who has also a flat foot. Anyways, only problem is that u cannot wear it with every shoes since they cover a large area. I wear them at home and with my sport shoes. It is still better than nothing considering sometimes I cannot walk AT ALL when I have not been with supports.....
