The Neo G Medical Grade Stabilized Open Knee Support with heat therapy utilises unique metal spiral stays to fully stabilise the knee whilst still allowing controlled movement. This makes it especially useful in rehabilitation injuries, particularly involving trauma or ligamentous damage, where mobilization at the knee is essential. The support provides maximum stability and compression and the open patella area helps reduce pain associated with patella tracking problems, and offers relief from bursitis injuries and inflammation. Instructions for use
1. Position kneecap in centre of support
2. Wrap middle strap first behind knee and secure hook and loop tab
3. Repeat the same with top and bottom straps and adjust until firm but comfortable
4. Ensure support is not uncomfortably tight and blood flow is not restricted

I bought this knee support to where while sking, It is really supportive and comfortable. I can easily adjust the straps to make it fit perfectly. Once I have been wearing it for a few minutes I can completely forget that its there, while it still offers my knee the support I need. I will be purchasing one for the other leg. Best knee support out there, excellent value for money, totally satisfied customer.

I bought this about a month ago. I'm old and decrepit (55) but desperate to get back into playing gentle 5-a-side football after a knee operation (arthroscopy)to repair a a nasty tear to the meniscus and remove other bits of worn out cartilidge (it's an age thing!!). As a result there's not a lot of cartlidge left and there is a bit of arthritis. If you can relate to this then this product may be what you're looking for.
I read all the reveiws but couldn't see anything that I thought would be helpful specifically to my problem. This one seemed the closest so I took a chance on it and it works! It keeps the knee stable and applies compression in all the right places and whilst I'll probably not be fit enough in time to make the world cup squad I can at least 'limp' round the 5 a side pitch in relative comfort.
It's great to wear at the gym or during exercise of any kind but I imagine it would become uncomfortable if it was worn all day for general support.

My 13 year old son has a partial tear in his anterior cruciate ligament following a rugby injury last September. After being diagnosed and dismissed from the orthopaedic clinic, with basically a 'hey-ho, not much we can do for him, just needs to be careful' (just what a 13 year old needs to hear - NOT) and no physio or advice offered, my Chiropractor suggested that he wear a knee brace. After searching the internet, I decided that as this product was MHRA approved and had a compression system which would not let my son over-tighten, it was perfect!! He has so much more confidence now, and the rods give him added stability to the knee - great product, great price! Thank you :-)
