The Neo G Medical Grade VCS Ankle Support with Figure of 8 Strap is a heat therapy device designed to provide moderate to maximum support and compression around the ankle joint and mid foot. The wrap around adjustable figure of 8 strap enables you to customise compression to where you need it most. Wearing this support helps reduce excessive flexion, extension, inversion and eversion movements at the ankle, useful with ligamentous injury. Heat therapeutic neoprene helps increase local blood flow, easing arthritic pain and chronic aches and stiffness. The support can also be used for acute strains and sprains to reduce pain with weight bearing whilst the firm compression helps minimise swelling and bruising following injury and trauma.

Instructions for use
1. Loosen all fasteners and slip toes and foot through opening until the arch of your foot is pressed against the stirrup
2. Tighten the upper two straps around the ankle until comfortable
3. Adjust straps to customise stirrup until comfortable
Ensure the support is not uncomfortably tight and blood flow is not restricted

After only wearing this support for a few days the pain in my left ankle has been reduced grately. I recently twisted my ankle badly out on the pitch and have been struggling to play in pain for some time. A fellow team mate recommended getting an ankle support, after looking online and struggling to choose which one to get I decided to go with the Neo-G. I would recommend this support for other sufferers of ankle pain it gives great support and can be adjusted with the additional strap to give more support to the effected area by simply wraping the around. I had no problems wearing this with a football boot and can safely say it has helped with the healing and pain of my ankle a great deal.

I have suffered from a chronic sprained ankle after damaging my deltoid ligament 3 years ago. I've been wearing this support for a couple of months, mainly during workouts at the gym and also during for walking at the weekends. It is the best support i've used to date because i can wear it inside my trainer. I have pretty small feet (3-4) and have found other supports very bulky and they don't fit tightly. This has a figure 8 style strap which can be tightened for maximum support during high impact sports. I did find it took a couple of goes to work out the best way of wrapping it but once i got the hang of it, it was easy enough. Another plus point is that it is breathable fabric so didn't get overly sweaty, only as much as expected during a workout! I sprained my ankle quite badly while out walking and have been finding it difficult to put a lot of pressure on the foot. I was keen to continue walkingso I decided to buy an ankle support to help reduce the pain. After looking at the supports on offer, I decided on the Neo G support as it had been recommended by a friend and after a few days of wear, I have really noticed the difference as I am able to walk without pain. The support is easy to use and gives a firm support.
