The Neo G Medical Grade Closed Knee Support with heat therapy provides compression, support and warming relief to the entire knee complex without restricting movement. At only 2.50mm thick, this knee support is thin and flexible enough to be worn under normal clothes. It is well suited to minor tendon and ligament injuries, providing dynamic support whilst still allowing full range of motion in all directions. Instructions for use
1. Position kneecap in centre of support
2. Wrap middle strap first behind knee and secure fastener
3. Repeat the same with top and bottom straps
4. Ensure the support is not uncomfortably tight and blood flow is not restricted

I was really impressed with the Neo G knee support. One size really does fit all, the variable compression is great as it means it fits perectly and is not cutting off the blood flow like other products I have previously tried. This knee support keeps the joins nice and warm without becoming sweaty, perfect for using when running. A great product.

Good quality, heavy duty, not so breathable for hard workout
if anything I'd say if buying again I'd consider the one's with a hole for the knee cap which I'm now told helps keep it in position. Read more
