I have a grade 2 spondylothesis, a grade 1 retrolisthesis and a torn disc. Basically my back is more messed up than a game of Jenga.
This was amazingly helpful and really helped with the pain where other solutions failed to help.
Note, it is not ideal for prolonged use ,i.e. weeks, as it takes the strain and therefore allows muscles, which need to be stressed and developed from doing so.
It is also not much good when driving, apart from stopping you from slouching, as the car seat defines the position of your back more than the support is able to.
It is slightly smaller than I expected and but the flexibility of the support allowed it to cater for my build.
It is worth every penny and I will be buying another when mine gets tired. As someone who has spent a fortune on different solutions to help my back, most of which failed and some made it worse, I therefore was hesitant to splash out on this. I have no regrets and recommend it.
